Automatic machine which performs the flattening and cutting of the dough once it has fermented, giving the product the same aspect as if it was handmade (manufacturing process of "regaña" made in Córdoba, second stage of its process).
The pressure of the flattening process and the length of the cut can be adjusted giving to the product the aspect of handmade cooking.
You can also incorporate to the machine an additional system that achieves another flattening process leaving the impression that the product has been flattened with your fingers.
