Cutting work line of cut for bakery & pastry.
Motorized cutting line work for bakery and pastry of 3000 mm. length and 600 mm. width, this model is available from 2 up to 6 metres of length.
The equipment has interchangeable cutting groups, easy and intuitive, cutters groups for: croissant, napolitanas, etc... The equipment incorporates a motorized system to collect the remaining dough and it has a desroll support for dough rollers.
The equipment is made of stainless steel, the production speed can be adjusted with a manual control or with a start-stop pedal.
You can also incorporate to the equipment a continuous lamination group of the dough for its automatic and continuous feeding.
